Evelyn H.

Evelyn H. currently serves as the Human Resources Director for North Bay Village since January 2024 and has been the Deputy Town Clerk for the Town of Surfside since September 2019. Prior experience includes the role of Deputy City Clerk for the City of Hallandale Beach from March 2018 to September 2019 and a lengthy tenure at the City of Miami, where Evelyn H. retired after serving from June 1987 to September 2010. Evelyn H. holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Madison University.
