Maryanne McMaster

MaryAnne McMaster currently serves as the HR Experience Manager for the Town of Swampscott, a position held since January 2024. With a diverse background in retail leadership, MaryAnne previously worked as Store Director at Target from April 2020 to January 2024, and as a Real Estate Agent at Shea Real Estate for a brief period. Prior roles include Director of Stores at Long's Jewelers, District Director at Talbots, and District Manager for both Sperry Top-Sider and Saucony, where responsibilities included managing multiple stores across the East Coast. MaryAnne's experience also encompasses serving as District Manager at Cole Haan, General Manager at Banana Republic, and General Manager at Kohl's Department Stores, where significant team leadership and financial growth were achieved. MaryAnne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned in 1990.
