Tess Dickson

Tess Dickson is a skilled Community Development Officer currently serving the Town of Victoria Park, where responsibilities include supporting diverse community groups, particularly those focusing on youth, women, families, and the LGBTQIA+ community. As Board Secretary for Vic Park Pride, Tess contributes to creating safe and inclusive spaces for LGBTQIA+ individuals following the 2017 same-sex marriage plebiscite. With a background in education as a Relief Teacher and ATAR Examination Supervisor for the Department of Education in Western Australia, Tess also possesses extensive experience in public relations, marketing, and client management from roles in various organizations, including Made In The Pile and the City of Canning. Tess holds a Master of Teaching from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Western Australia.
