Kelly Houghteling

Kelly Houghteling has experience working as a Graduate Management Assistant at the City of Fort Collins, a Management Intern at the City of Lawrence, and most recently as the Deputy Town Administrator and Interim Town Administrator at the Town of Wellington. Prior to that, Kelly held positions as Assistant to the Town Manager and Management Assistant at the Town of Windsor Colorado.
