Vince Arcuri

Vince Arcuri, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Digital Transformation at the Town of Whitby, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Vince was the Manager of the Information Technology Portfolio at the City of Mississauga from July 2021 to September 2024, and the Manager of Information Technology Services at the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville from November 2015 to July 2021. Vince also held the title of Manager of Application Services at the Town of Richmond Hill between May 2012 and November 2015. Earlier career experiences include serving as the IT Development Manager (Microsoft Group) at TD Bank Group from February 2011 to May 2012 and as the Owner/Independent Consultant at ArcNet Systems Inc. from March 1999 to February 2011, where the focus was on delivering innovative IT solutions in e-commerce, application development, systems integration, and project management.
