Louisa Waycott

Louisa Waycott is an accomplished opera singer and music educator with extensive experience in the performing arts. Since August 2017, Louisa has been performing with Washington National Opera and has also been an opera singer with Maryland Lyric Opera since August 2019, participating in productions such as Il Tabarro and Cavalleria Rusticana. As a company owner and teacher at Waycott Studios since August 2016, Louisa offers private lessons in guitar, cello, violin, piano, voice, and yoga throughout the DMV area. Additionally, multiple yoga instructor roles have been held at Town Sports International, Aquila | On-Site Health & Fitness Management, and Crunch Fitness since August 2016. Louisa's educational background includes a Master of Music in Opera Performance from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Mississippi. Previous roles include graduate assistant at the University of Maryland and music teacher at Hands on For Music.
