Leon Daniels

Leon Daniels is currently the EVP of Capital Markets at Town Square Financial. Leon has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on capital markets and mortgage insurance.

Daniels started their career as a consultant with American Integrity Capital in 2008. Leon then worked as the Principal of ALD Holdings LLC from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they joined PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. as the Director of Capital Markets. Leon held this position for three years before joining Arch Mortgage Insurance as the Sr Director of Product Development and Market Strategies in 2014.

In 2017, Daniels left Arch Mortgage Insurance to join Cambridge Growth Partners as a Managing Consultant of Market Strategies & Analytics. Leon consulted for Havenly in 2019 before being recruited by Tangello, Inc. as the Head of Capital Markets (consultant) in October 2019. Leon served in this role until September 2020 when they joined Town Square Financial as the EVP of Capital Markets.

Leon Daniels reports to Lisa A. Thomas, CEO. They work with Tripper Trippet - CIO, Ashley Kaleimamahu - Chief Credit Officer, and Sandra Eckardt - CMO.
