Chad Farmer

Chad Farmer has extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Chad served as the Director of TPO Sales at Towne Mortgage Company since December 2017. Prior to that, they were the President and CEO at Homeowners Mortgage Enterprises, Inc. from January 2017 to November 2017, and they also held the role of SVP Correspondent Services Sales Manager at the same company from August 2015 to January 2017. Before joining Homeowners Mortgage Enterprises, Inc., Chad worked as a Vice President at Midland Mortgage Corporation from May 2012 to August 2015, where they built and managed a Third Party Origination platform. Chad also held various positions at MetLife Home Loans, Banc of America Securities, NetBank, NetBank/Meritage, and Resource Bancshares Mortgage Group, Inc (RBMG).

Chad Farmer completed their education from 1988 to 1992 at the University of South Carolina, where they obtained two Bachelor of Science degrees. One degree was in Business Administration and the other in Marketing.
