Amanda Quillen

Amanda Quillen currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Towne Park since February 2024. Prior to this, Amanda amassed over 14 years of experience at IKEA, where roles included Co-Worker Experience Manager, Social Relations & Engagement Manager, and HR Business Partner, among others. Amanda's responsibilities involved fostering labor relations, developing HR policies, and managing employee engagement across a large workforce. Amanda began their career at IKEA Group in various sales management roles after graduating Cum Laude from Wittenberg University and has continued education through programs at George Mason University and ECORNELL.
