Jim Litchkowski

Jim Litchkowski is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in managing and supporting HR systems, particularly Workday. Currently serving as the HRIS Manager at Towne Park since April 2019, Jim is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of HR data and workflows. Prior roles included Senior HRIS Analyst and HRIS Analyst, where Jim focused on troubleshooting, maintaining integrations, and supporting the HR Support center. Previous experience at AMETEK and Drexel University further honed skills in system configuration, data analysis, and user training. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management Information Systems from Drexel University.
