Lindsey Kourafas is an experienced professional currently serving as a Divisional Leadership Intern in the Division of Diversity, Equity, & Educational Achievement at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where responsibilities include collaborating on diversity projects and drafting statements. As a Research Assistant at the Wisconsin Center for Education Research, Lindsey contributes to the Indigenous Learning Lab, focusing on culturally responsive behavioral support systems for Indigenous students. Additional roles include conducting literature reviews and interviews related to gun violence at Township High School District 113, serving as an Ambassador for Educational Policy Studies, and engaging in theatre education as a Teaching Artist with Whoopensocker.
