Lashaunda Sandifer

LaShaunda Sandifer currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Township High School District 211 since July 2022, and is the Founder of Schoolhouse Advocacy and Consulting LLC, which focuses on helping families navigate special education services. Previous roles include Special Education Teacher at GLENBARD WEST HIGH SCHOOL, Homewood-Flossmoor Community High School, and Thornton Fractional High School District 215. LaShaunda began her collegiate career as a basketball and volleyball player at Wright State University and has an extensive educational background, including a Doctor of Education in Curriculum, Social Inquiry, and Equity from Northern Illinois University (expected 2026), a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Wright State University, a Master of Arts in Special Education from National Louis University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Wright State University.
