Harman Uppal

Harman Uppal, P.Eng, is a skilled civil engineer with a diverse range of experience in project engineering and design. Currently serving as a Project Engineer Jr at the Township of Langley since May 2020, Harman has previously held various engineering roles, including Design Engineer at HY Engineering | HY Land Surveying, and Assistant Engineer at Mainland Engineering Design Corporation.
