Martin Whitfield serves as a member of the West Windsor Town Council, making history as the first African American councilman in the town's 227-year history since their election in November 2021. As President and CEO of NJ Scholars Elite Basketball Academy from January 2022 to March 2024, Martin played a crucial role in the development of a successful basketball program and the academic and community growth of its athletes. Previously, Martin served as President and Director of Operations for The Princeton-Windsor Cultural, Education & Sports Complex, where an innovative multi-faceted complex was created, promoting diversity and community engagement. Martin's extensive experience in marketing includes roles with the NBA, CBS Radio, and other organizations, alongside a degree in American Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
