Stephen Dykstra

Stephen Dykstra currently serves as a Senior Planner for the Township of Woolwich since June 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Senior Development Planner at the City of Brampton from April 2010 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing 50-60 development applications at once and processing various amendments and plans. Previous experience includes roles as an Open Space Planner at Novatech Engineering Consultants Ltd., an Urban Designer/Planner, and a Planning Assistant for the Town of Mississippi Mills, as well as a Monitoring Officer/GIS Technician at the National Capital Commission. Stephen's educational background includes a Master of Environmental Design in City Planning from the University of Calgary, an Honours BA in Environmental Studies from Carleton University, and participation in an exchange program at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
