Christian Stadler has a diverse work experience in the digital media industry. Christian started their career at Juno Online Services as a Sr. Technical Designer, where they developed and debugged the ad-systems for the Juno software. Christian also designed and scripted advertisements for the Juno email client.

Christian then worked at Guggenheim.com as a Technologist for a brief period before joining Pokemon.com as a Flash Developer. At Pokemon.com, they coded a customizable children's portal for the Pokemon brand and designed and coded Flash games.

Christian then moved on to Big Spaceship, where they worked as a Flash Developer. After that, they joined Hyphen Interactive as a Flash Developer, where they built award-winning sites and CD-ROMs for the pharmaceutical industry. Christian was responsible for coding and building a Flash application called "Slide Sorter" that allowed drug representatives to create, view, and save Powerpoint presentations online.

In 2006, Christian joined AOL as a Sr. Flash Developer, where they developed video players, quizzes, polls, and ad integrations for AOL's network of sites. Christian later became a Principal Product Lead and managed teams of designers and developers in creating Facebook, desktop, and mobile applications, as well as custom ad-integrations and websites.

Christian then joined Townsquare Media, where they held various roles including Director of Digital Products and Vice President, Digital Products. In these roles, they led teams in designing and launching new ad products, optimizing the ad stack, and growing a new multi-million dollar business. Christian also led the design and development teams in launching a new On Demand platform for radio content.

Christian Stadler attended the University of Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
