Michael Santopietro

Michael Santopietro has extensive experience in internal audit and accounting leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit at Townsquare Media since November 2018, after previously holding the role of Director of Internal Audit. Prior to Townsquare Media, Michael was the Director of Internal Audit at The Hain Celestial Group from May 2017 to October 2018. Michael's background includes a ten-year tenure at MasterCard, where roles included Senior Business Leader for Accounting, overseeing mergers and acquisitions and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Michael began a career in finance at KPMG US as a Senior Manager from 2000 to 2007. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John's University in 2000.
