Kelvin de Waele

Kelvin de Waele is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and project management, currently serving as Senior Manager, Information Technology & Services at the Townsville Catholic Education Office since January 2019. In this role, Kelvin leads transformative strategies and operational excellence while providing strategic ICT advice to senior leadership and stakeholders. Previous positions include Chief Information Officer at Murray City Country Coast GP Training and Sessional Lecturer at CQUniversity, where Kelvin taught undergraduate courses in Information and Communication Technology.
