Grant Bell

Grant Bell has over three decades of diverse experience in education, sports management, and commentating. Currently serving as Regional Manager of Sentence Management Services at Queensland Corrective Services since 2009, Grant also holds the position of District Manager for Probation and Parole. In the media sector, Grant has been a commentator and sports show host at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation since 1997. Additional roles include Trustee on the Board of Trustees at Townsville Grammar School and a member of the Board of Directors for Queensland Athletics. Prior experience includes leadership roles in educational settings and sports coaching, including Head of Department at the Queensland Department of Education and various coaching positions with North Queensland Cowboys, Gold Coast Titans, and Queensland Rugby League. Grant holds a degree in Physical Education from the University of Newcastle, obtained between 1982 and 1985.
