Dr. Randall Watkins

Adjunct Instructor at Towson University

Dr. Randall Watkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and healthcare. Since April 2019, Dr. Watkins has served as the Director of the Army Wellness Center for the Department of Defense, while also being an Adjunct Instructor at Towson University since January 2012, teaching courses in wellness and healthcare to over 150 students each semester. In addition, Dr. Watkins has been self-employed since February 2011, providing occupational therapy, ergonomic assessments, and health consultations, along with developing customized rehabilitation programs. Academically, Dr. Watkins holds a Doctorate in Public Health from Capella University, a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University, and multiple degrees from Towson University, including a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and two Bachelor’s degrees in Athletic Training and Kinesiology.
