Kathleen Crostic

Kathleen Crostic serves as the Executive Director of Partnerships & Outreach at Towson University since November 2016, with prior roles including Interim Executive Director, Assistant Director of Partnerships & Engagement, and Partnerships Manager. In this position, Kathleen develops strategic programs and events to enhance community engagement and fosters relationships between the university and local partners. Previously, from November 2011 to October 2016, Kathleen held the role of Community Programs Manager at Johns Hopkins University, where responsibilities included managing employee engagement in community service initiatives and overseeing the Johns Hopkins Neighborhood Fund's operations. Kathleen holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management & Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Towson University.
