Shana Gass

Shana Gass has extensive experience in library services, currently serving as the Head of Research Services and Business & Economics Librarian at Towson University since August 2004, where responsibilities include liaison work with departments such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Human Resource Development, Management, and Marketing. Prior to this role, Shana worked as a Reference Librarian at Wheaton College MA from November 2001 to July 2004 and as a Senior Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant at MIT Libraries from 1997 to 2001. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Social Science (History Track) from Towson University, a Master of Science in Library Science from Simmons University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Harvard University.
