Zach Hendershot

Zach Hendershot is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and digital product transformation. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Crux Digital, LLC since May 2021, Zach oversees the creation of complex software applications essential for client success. As Co-Founder and Partner at Crux Studio and Board Member at Miruni, BugReplay, and Toybox, Zach focuses on investing in and building innovative startups. Previously, Zach held significant roles at Spectrum, where as VP of Self Service Platforms, leadership was provided to a diverse team enhancing the digital self-support experience for millions of customers. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Technology at Effective Inc. and Chief Technology Officer at CauseLabs, where Zach contributed to major social innovation projects. Zach’s technical background also includes positions as a Senior Software Engineer at Adventure Central and Software Engineer at Cranel, Inc. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science from Miami University and attended Columbia Business School for further education.
