Rich Cagley is a Senior Scientist at Toyon Research Corporation since July 2003. Before that, they were the Embedded Systems Group Lead at UCSB from 1997 to 2003. They have a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and a B.S. in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College. Rich has experience in embedded development, new business development, and engineering across various platforms and industries.
