Joanne Romano

Joanne Romano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia. Since January 2014, Joanne has held various leadership roles, including General Manager, Corporate Manager of Human Resources, and Manager of Workplace Agreement and Employee Relations, as well as serving as the Toyota Parts Centre Reform Manager. Prior to this, from 2008 to 2013, Joanne was the Manager of Human Resources Manufacturing Business Partner at the same company. Joanne holds a Master of Business in Industrial Relations/Human Resources Management from Victoria University and a Graduate Certificate in Educational Studies from the University of Melbourne, complemented by education at the Melbourne Business School.
