Christophe Perron, PhD, is a Senior R&D Advanced Development Engineer at Toyota Boshoku Europe N.V. since December 2019, focusing on the mid to long-term EU material development roadmap with an emphasis on sustainability, including recycled contents and bio-based lightweight materials. Prior to this role, Christophe served as a consultant R&D material engineer at EngineerX and as a materials and process consultant engineer at MCA INGENIERIE. Christophe's experience in the aerospace sector at Sonaca involved defining and following up on manufacturing and testing specifications for composite structures. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in materials science from Université de Bordeaux and a Diplôme d'ingénieur in material sciences from Grenoble INP - Phelma.
