Jaime Pena

Jaime Pena is an experienced guest services professional with a background in venue management. Currently serving as the Guest Services Manager at Toyota Center since April 2017, Jaime previously held the same role at BBVA Compass Stadium through AEG from January 2013 to March 2017. Additionally, Jaime worked as a Facility Coordinator at BBVA Compass Stadium for a brief period in 2012 and gained initial experience in the industry as a Guest Services Intern with the Houston Astros in early 2012. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Texas A&M University, completed in 2012.
