Harry Seymour

Harry Seymour has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Harry most recently worked as the Head of Delivery at Toyota Connected Europe, where they led the delivery team across digital products and services for the wider Toyota business. Harry focused on supporting the definition and planning of programs of work, owning business delivery operations, collaborating with the product team, and establishing a mature delivery practice.

Prior to that, Harry was a Delivery Director at Wunderman Thompson, where they owned delivery across key client accounts, redefined digital delivery operations and processes, and served as the global delivery lead for an energy provider's CRM program.

Harry also worked as a Consultant - Director of Product & Delivery at E2X, where they consulted to define a new product delivery model and focused on defining products based on the value they deliver to clients.

Additionally, Harry held roles such as Digital Director - Product and Services at Chelsea Apps Factory, Programme Director at AKQA, Senior Project Manager at Huge, and Senior Project Manager at LBi. In these roles, they were responsible for various project and delivery management tasks for clients in different industries.

Before transitioning into the digital industry, Harry had experience in sports and entrepreneurship. Harry was part of the British cable wakeboard team and owned their own business called Soöruz.

Their early career includes working at Deloitte as a Project Manager - Consultant, where they managed a portfolio of projects for clients such as Ladbrokes, DWP, TfL, NHS, Coventry City Council, and media clients like BBC, Channel 4, and ITV. Harry also developed a sponsorship evaluation approach for the 2012 Olympic Games.

Harry Seymour attended Loughborough University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a 1st class MEng Hons degree in Product Design and Manufacture. In 1991, they enrolled at Greshams and completed their education there in 2000, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Later in 2011, they completed a Scrum master certification from Scrum Alliance. In 2017, they attended General Assembly for Product Management, and in 2019, they studied Kanban Systems Design at RadTac.
