Vikas Aggarwal

Vikas Aggarwal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vikas is currently the Head of IT Service Management at Toyota Connected Europe since December 2021. Before that, from June 2020 to November 2021, they served as the IT Service Delivery Manager at the same company.

Prior to joining Toyota, Vikas held various positions at different organizations. From February 2018 to September 2020, they were the Head of Service Management - Group Digital Platforms at TUI. Vikas worked as the Head of IT Technical Services at Saadian Technologies from March 2017 to February 2018.

Before that, Vikas served as the Senior IS Service Manager at Thames Tideway Tunnel between January 2016 and March 2017. Vikas also worked at Regus as the Global IT Service Manager & Head of Service Design & Transition from June 2013 to December 2015.

Previous to Regus, they worked as the IT Service Operations Manager at UK Power Networks from April 2012 to June 2013. Prior to that, from April 2008 to April 2012, they were the Global Head of IT Services & Infrastructure at Celerant Consulting. Vikas also gained experience as the IT Customer Relationship Manager at Computacenter from March 2006 to April 2008.

In the early years of their career, Vikas worked at Abbey National as the IT Service Manager from August 2004 to March 2006. Vikas also served as the IT Major Incident Manager at Abbey National from October 2003 to August 2004.

Vikas Aggarwal began their career at Unisys, where they worked in the Finance & Marketing department from 2000 to 2001.

Vikas Aggarwal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Computing Systems from City, University of London. Vikas completed their studies between the years 1999 and 2003.
