Bailey Pinney

Bailey Pinney is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in leading data engineering and data science teams across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Data Engineering at Toyota Financial Services Corporation since November 2021, Bailey oversees a large team of data engineers and is responsible for creating high-performance data solutions. Prior to this role, Bailey held the position of Sr. Director of Data Science & Insurance at the same company, focusing on risk analytics and data-driven solutions for the insurance sector. With a significant tenure at Insurity as Vice President of Applied Analytics, Bailey drove innovation in data solutions for insurers. Earlier career experiences include holding various roles at Transamerica and Great West Casualty Company, specializing in machine learning and predictive modeling. Bailey holds a Master of Science in Statistics from Iowa State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Colorado Denver.
