Cesar Baltazar, MBA, is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in finance, education, and customer service. Currently serving as a Dealer Lending Portfolio Analyst at Toyota Financial Services Corporation since August 2021, Cesar has progressed through roles including Credit Analyst and Field Leadership Development Participant.
