Hao Quoc Tien

Hao Quoc Tien has extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly with Toyota Motor Corporation. Hao Quoc began their career with Toyota Motor Asia Pacific in 2014, where they held various leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 2017, they were promoted to Executive Vice President and later served as the COO of Sales and Marketing. Tien also held executive positions in other Toyota entities, including Toyota Financial Services Corporation and PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of the Asia Region for Toyota Motor Corporation and the President of Toyota Motor Asia Pacific. Tien's expertise and leadership skills have contributed to their successful career in the automotive industry.

Hao Quoc Tien obtained an MBA degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University between 1995 and 1997. Hao Quoc then pursued a Chartered Director qualification at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University from 2008 to 2009. Tien's educational background also includes a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, completed from 1985 to 1990.
