James Mora, M.S., PMP, ITIL, is an accomplished professional in the field of business systems analysis with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Manager Business Systems Analyst at Toyota Industries Commercial Finance since October 2022, James has previously held significant roles, including Team Lead - Senior Systems Analyst at Elevate and Senior Information Specialist at Alcon, where expertise in system migration, integration projects, and performance tuning was developed.
