Kelly Baker

Kelly Baker, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Training & Development Manager at Toyota Material Handling since July 2019. Prior to this role, Kelly was an HR Partner at Columbus Regional Health, contributing to a 20+ HR team and managing experience for an employee population exceeding 2500. Kelly's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Ivy Tech Community College, overseeing HR functions for a campus staff of over 300. Previous positions also include roles in executive search at Smith and Syberg, and various management roles at Employment Plus, leading to a comprehensive background in human resources and operations. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Leadership with a focus on Human Resource Management from Trine University and degrees from Indiana University Bloomington and Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
