Heta Cikusa

Heta Cikusa is a seasoned professional in customer engagement and marketing, currently serving as Customer Engagement Marketing Manager at Toyota Motor Europe since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Lexus Europe in e-commerce and sales operations, and mobility and innovations at Toyota Motor Italia. Heta also held positions in digital communication at Lexus Europe and customer market management at Toyota Motor Europe, where responsibilities included managing customer relations and supporting the Voice of Customer program. Heta's early career featured internships at SAP and Inditex, along with research and analysis for the Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development. Heta holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Zagreb.
