Norbert Horvat

Norbert Horvat possesses extensive experience in the automotive manufacturing sector, holding multiple leadership roles at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, including Group Manager, Assistant General Manager, Manager of Engineering and Maintenance, and Assistant Manager of Engineering, in addition to a role as Manufacturing Engineer for Lexus Paint. Prior experience includes positions at GE as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer and at Vale as a New Plant Launch Support Engineer and Research and Development Engineer. Norbert Horvat earned both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, completing the Master’s in 1997 and the Bachelor’s in 1994.
