Section Head, Area Operations Section, Customer Service Operations, Marketing Division at Toyota Motor Philippines

Marvin Gardiner manages various sections at Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation in the Customer Service Operations Marketing Division. Marvin oversees teams responsible for dealer compliance, after-sales business improvement, customer service satisfaction, and the creation of customer retention programs and market-oriented products. Marvin also handles KPI management, budget setting, and long-term business planning. Prior to this, Marvin was a Senior Executive Officer at Toyota Motor Asia Pacific, where Marvin provided support to Toyota distributorships in Indonesia and the Philippines. Gardiner is an alumni of De La Salle University and Lourdes School of Quezon City.
