Rodger Spillane has extensive experience in customer experience management, project management, and marketing. Since November 2004, Rodger has held various leadership roles at Toyota New Zealand Limited, including Manager and Associate Manager of Customer Experience, and multiple team leader positions in programme delivery, strategic projects, marketing, and CRM. Prior to Toyota, Rodger served as Fundraising Manager and Community Fundraiser at Cancer Research UK, focusing on community fundraising initiatives. Rodger's early career included a team leader role in customer relations at Capgemini. Rodger is currently pursuing a PG Diploma in Business at Massey University. Educational background includes degrees from The University of Edinburgh and the University of Exeter.
