Audrey Kim

Audrey Kim is an Associate at Pantheon Ventures, where responsibilities include leading private equity transactions and negotiating legal documents. Previous experience includes Associate roles at Perkins Coie LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, representing technology companies and private equity firms in various corporate transactions. Audrey also held summer positions at Fenwick & West and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as a lead role in legal operations at Palantir Technologies. Earlier career experience includes being a Legal Assistant at Google, interning at The Wilderness Society, and assisting constituents in Congressman John Campbell's office. Audrey holds a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Amherst College.
