Rim Jiar

Rim JIAR is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Europe Region HR & People Development Assistant Manager at Toyota Tsusho Europe since January 2022. With a focus on designing and leading HRIS implementation and developing regional learning and development programs, Rim has played a pivotal role in rolling out HR strategies across major business units. Previously, Rim was the Global Learning & Development project leader at Toyota Tsusho Corporation, where leadership development initiatives for high-potential employees were reshaped. Rim's career began at Toyota Tsusho Europe, with various roles enhancing employee engagement and performance management. Early experience includes supporting HR operations at Airbus and contributions to student associations. Rim holds a Master in Management and a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from Rennes School of Business, along with academic achievements from Zhejiang University and French preparatory schools.
