Ozgen Girisen

Ozgen Girisen is an experienced sales and management professional with a strong background in the automotive and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Sales Manager and After Sales Manager at Toyota Türkiye Pazarlama ve Satış A.Ş. since May 2016, Ozgen has successfully promoted top management efforts to generate $92M EBIT, developed growth and service strategies, and redesigned operating models. Prior roles include Area Sales Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where Ozgen managed fleet accounts and budgets totaling $29M, and National Key Account Sales Executive at Duzey Consumer Goods and Marketing Inc. with a focus on client relationships and sales performance analysis. Ozgen holds a B.Sc. in Geology Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and an MBA from Istanbul University.
