Sercan Gürtekin

Sercan Gürtekin has extensive experience in after-sales operations and technical training within the automotive industry, currently serving as the Dealer After Sales Operations Manager at Toyota Türkiye Pazarlama ve Satış A.Ş. since August 2016, following roles as After Sales Area Manager and Senior Technical Training Specialist. Prior to this, Sercan worked as a Field Service Representative at Turbomach from November 2010 to August 2016 and gained initial experience through internships at Heaş Electronic Systems and Aselsan in 2007 and 2008. Sercan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics Engineering from Işık Üniversitesi, completed in 2009.
