Eli Fessler

Eli Fessler is a skilled professional with extensive experience in technology and education, currently serving as a Graduate Assistant at The Language Flagship Technology Innovation Center since September 2021, where responsibilities include creating interactive foreign language learning applications and managing the Center's website and social media. Eli has also contributed as a Web Designer for the London Borough of Waltham Forest and the UH Mānoa Sato Center for Pidgin, Creole and Dialect Studies since December 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Program Manager at Microsoft, where Eli led C++ code analysis feature development and managed various communication initiatives, and educational roles at Pomona College, supporting departments in research and graphic design. Eli's earlier internships included positions at the USC School of Cinematic Arts Game Innovation Lab and the USC Institute for Creative Technologies, with a focus on game design and computational emotion research. Eli holds a Master of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Pomona College.
