Kamal Distell

Kamal Distell serves as the VP of Data, Analytics, Platforms and Data Science at Toyota Motor Corporation since June 2022. Prior to this role, Kamal held various positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, including VP & Sr. Director of Data Assets Products and Applications, and Senior Director of the Global Retail Markets Data Office, where responsibilities included developing a data-first culture and overseeing enterprise-wide data utilization strategies. Previous experience also includes roles in information security at Liberty Mutual, leading the Center of Clinical Excellence at Elliot Hospital, and managing revenue cycle initiatives at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. Kamal began their career at Accretive Health and TomTom, focusing on business intelligence and data analytics. Kamal holds degrees from Harvard University, Dartmouth College, New England College, and the University of Toronto.
