Caroline Bateman

Caroline Bateman has a diverse work experience in business development, marketing, and bid/tender management. Caroline is currently the Head of Business Development at Tozers LLP since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Director of Business Development at Bateman Rural Associates Ltd, where they provided BD/Marketing support, tender services, and consultancy on a freelance basis. Caroline also served as a Client Relationship Manager at Michelmores from September 2015 to October 2020. Caroline has held roles as a Bid Consultant and BD Support at Osborne Clarke and Michelmores, respectively. In addition, Caroline has experience as a Tender Services Manager at Ways2win - business tenders, where they led a team of tender writers and provided consulting services. Caroline also worked as a Senior CRM & Proposals Manager at TLT Solicitors, overseeing tender management improvements and CRM implementation. Caroline's marketing and business development experience includes positions as a Marketing Manager at Clyde & Co and Assistant Marketing Manager at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Caroline has also served as a Committee Member at PSMG.

Caroline Bateman obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies with a specialization in Marketing from Northumbria University in the years 1994 to 1998. Later, they pursued a Post Grad Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing between 2000 and 2002.
