Alan Bartlett

Alan Bartlett is the current Project Director at tp bennett. Alan has over 20 years of experience in the workplace and change environment. Prior to their current position, they were the Change Programme Manager at Metropolitan (housing with care and support) from June 2017 to July 2019. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing a programme of over 60 projects, ranging from process updates to procurement for new IT infrastructure. Alan also directly managed a number of these projects, including transitioning services and procuring new IT systems.

In September 2019, Alan left Metropolitan to start their own change management consultancy, BE THE CHANGE CONSULTING LIMITED. Here, they provided change management services to clients in various industries. Alan decided to return to full-time work in September 2021 and joined tp bennett as their Project Director.

At tp bennett, Alan is responsible for leading and delivering a variety of construction projects. Alan has a proven track record in successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Alan is a highly skilled project manager with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality results.

Alan Bartlett is a Registered Change Management Practitioner with APMG International. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in European Studies with Business from the University of Hertfordshire, and a Royal Society of Arts Higher Diploma in Administrative Procedures from Bromley College of Further and Higher Education. Alan is also certified by APMG International as a Change Management Practitioner.

Alan Bartlett reports to Timothy Poellnitz, CEO. Alan Bartlett works with Kit Ingham - Project Director, Pragna Shah - Project Director, and Helen Lee - Associate Director.
