Joseph Maloney

Joseph Maloney is an experienced professional with a strong background in quantitative model development, particularly within the Fixed Income domain, holding the position of Head of Quant Development for APAC at TP ICAP since December 2013. With nine years of hands-on experience at TP ICAP, Joseph focuses on developing and maintaining complex quantitative models for financial instruments, demonstrating extensive expertise in IRS products within the APAC region and a deep understanding of the Australian and New Zealand markets. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at Barclays as a Senior Software Engineer, where responsibilities included technology infrastructure systems development and portfolio performance tracking. Joseph's earlier experience includes software engineering roles at The Conservative Party, ICON plc, and Microsoft, honing skills in various programming languages and development tools. Joseph holds a Master of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, alongside a postgraduate finance degree and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
