Tom Fox Hughes

Tom Fox Hughes has extensive experience in the energy and commodities sector, currently serving as the CEO of Energy and Commodities for the APAC region at TP ICAP since August 2021, after previously holding the position of Commercial Manager for the same division. Prior to TP ICAP, Hughes was the Managing Director for Asia at Freight Investor Services from July 2015 to April 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, strategy, and growth across Singapore and Shanghai. Additional experience includes roles as Head of Commercial and Fuel Oil Broker at Marex Spectron, a Commercial Finance Analyst at IAG Cargo focusing on Africa and the UK, and internal audit at British Airways. Hughes holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of East Anglia and has studied French law at Université Jean Moulin in Lyon.
