Boris Najafov

Boris Najafov is a Managing Consultant specializing in Customer Experience technology innovation, and currently works as a Project Platform Architect at Sprinklr. With over 20 years of experience in Information Technology encompassing roles in technical sales, solution design, and administration, Boris has designed major customer care centers capable of handling up to 4 million daily contacts. Previous positions include IT Supervisor at Spie Capag and software/network engineering roles at various companies, as well as running a small IT company as a director and co-founder. Boris holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the National Aviation Academy.
