Andres Viña

Andres Viña has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Andres worked at tpaga as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) starting in November 2022.

Before that, they were with MOVii, where they served as the Jefe de seguridad de la información from February 2021 to April 2022, and then as the Coordinador Seguridad de la Información from May 2022 to November 2022.

Prior to MOVii, Andres worked at O4IT as a Profesional SOC from December 2019 to February 2021. In this role, they were actively involved in incident response, security preparation, identification, containment, eradication, and recovery. Andres also conducted information security awareness training through security bulletins.

Andres also had experience at ARUS Tecnología + Información + Conocimiento, where they held the position of Analista Servicios Gti Seguridad Lógica SOC. Initially, they worked as a level 1 analyst from April 2016 to June 2017 and later as a level 2 analyst from June 2017 to December 2019. In these roles, they managed security assets, conducted security awareness training, handled cases with clients and suppliers, and prepared monthly and on-demand reports.

Furthermore, Andres worked at enlace+ Sena as a Soporte en Sitio, providing technical support to end-users, coordinating asset deliveries, and performing backups, from December 2015 to April 2016.

Before that, they were a Técnico Junior Seguridad Perimetral at Mercy System from April 2015 to November 2015.

Andres also had a role as an Administrador MPS Senior at Lexmark from May 2014 to April 2015.

Lastly, they began their career at Evolution Outsourcing S.A.S. as part of the Mesa de Ayuda, providing help desk support from December 2013 to May 2014.

Andres Viña's education history is as follows:

From 2012 to 2014, Andres attended the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) and obtained a degree in TECNÓLOGO EN GESTIÓN DE REDES DE DATOS, specializing in Tecnología de la información.

In 2016, they pursued an Especialización Tecnológica in Gestión y Seguridad en Base de Datos from the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA).

Between 2018 and 2021, Andres studied at the Politécnico Grancolombiano and earned a degree in Ingeniería, with a specialization in Ingeniería de software.

From 2023 to 2024, they attended Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio and pursued a Maestría en Ciberseguridad degree, focusing on Ciberseguridad.

In addition to their formal education, Andres also obtained several certifications, including Actualización Auditor Interno ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Sistemas de Gestión Seguridad de la Información e ISO 27005:2022, Ciberseguridad y Protección de la Privacidad from SGS in February 2023, Diplomado en Seguridad Informática Ágil from Instituto de Ciberdefensa in April 2022, and Auditor Interno ISO22301:2019 from SGS in April 2021. Andres also holds certifications in Auditor Interno ISO27001:2013 from SGS in October 2020, Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in December 2018, and Cyber Security Foundation from CertiProf in December 2020.
